SWCMHC offers a wide variety of services to help people in our communities improve their quality of life. Services are available to children, adults, seniors, and families to meet mental health, substance abuse, and vocational/job needs. Therapeutic interventions are based on the recovery model: a professional/consumer partnership. As the needs of individuals and families cross numerous service boundaries, we are committed to providing comprehensive and integrated services tailored to the specific needs of individuals and families. Committed to integrated services and the belief that mental health and substance abuse problems are legitimate health care issues that should not be separated from basic health care, the Center is in partnership with key regional primary care resources, including the Cortez Rural Health Clinic, the Mercy Health Clinic, and the Durango High School school-based health center. |
